tradisional suatu daerah dinegeri ini. Berbahan dasar ikan tongkol,bumbu sederhana,cara membuatnya mudah lagi….dan yg penting rasanya dong,kayaknya enak nih….lalu kucoba deh….dengan mencoba2 menambahkan bumbu-bumbu hasil modifikasi sendiri akhirnya kudapatkan resep yg TOP BANGET…ENAAAAX….beneran….penasaran kan?coba yuk….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 ekor  ikan tongkol ukuran sedang&lt;br /&gt;Daun pisang&lt;br /&gt;150 gr kelapa parut sangrai&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu-bumbu:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;5 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;3 bh cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;2 btg serai&lt;br /&gt;3 lbr daun salam (geprek saja)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.cuci ikan sampai bersih,lalu kerat bagian punggungnya.&lt;br /&gt;2.keluarkan daging ikan dan bersihkan dari duri2nya.&lt;br /&gt;3.tumbuk daging ikan sampai halus,sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;4.tumbuk halus bumbu2  bawang merah,putih,cabe dan merica.&lt;br /&gt;5.sangrai kelapa bersama ketumbar sampai kecoklatan,kemudian tumbuk halus sampai berminyak.&lt;br /&gt;6.tumis bumbu halus bersama daun serai dan salam sampai harum,lalu masukkan kelapa sangrai.&lt;br /&gt;7.masukkan daging tongkol,aduk sampai rata dan matikan kompor.&lt;br /&gt;8.isikan campuran ini kedalam badan tongkol yg tadi.&lt;br /&gt;9.bungkus jahe(digeprek)&lt;br /&gt;2 lbr daun salam&lt;br /&gt;2 bh daun serai(diiris halus)&lt;br /&gt;5 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;Garam,penyedap secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1.buang isi perut ikan kembung melalui kepalanya lalu cuci bersih.&lt;br /&gt;2.tumbuk halus bumbu2,bawang merah,bawang putih,kemiri,cabe,garam,kunyit,dan daun serai.&lt;br /&gt;3.tumis bumbu halus bersama jahe,daun salam sampai harum.tambahkan garam dan penyedap sesuai selera.&lt;br /&gt;4.matikan api lalu masukan ikan kembung,aduk sampai ikan terbalut bumbu semua.&lt;br /&gt;5.bakar diatas arang sampai matang sambil dioles kecap dan minyak goreng agar tidak lengket dipanggangan.&lt;br /&gt;6.hidangkan bersama sauce kecap(kecap manis,cabe rawit iris,tomat hijau,bawang merah iris) kelihatannya ringan tapi rasa sakitnya sangat-sangat menyakitkan.&lt;br /&gt;Berawal dari aku memotong kuku kaki jempol sampai bersih kesudut-sudutnya.Entah mungkin karena terlalu pendek kupotong atau karena kukorek-korek sudut kuku itu yg biasanya ada sedikit kotoran hitam-hitam.&lt;br /&gt;Mulanya biasa saja tapi lama2 ada rasa sakit ketika kuberjalan terutama bila ditekan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hari demi hari sakit itu semakin terasa karena si jempol kaki tak pernah luput terkena air,akhirnya muncullah secuil daging disudut jempol kaki kananku.SAKIIIIIT SEKALI…..&lt;br /&gt;Aku beri P3K sendiri yakni dioles betadine.hasilnya masih tetap sakit bahkan jari mulai&lt;br /&gt;membengkak serta mengeluarkan nanah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setiap malam  aku tak bisa tidur karena sakitnya terasa sampai kesekujur tubuh,apalagi kalau sampai tersentuh selimut atau benda2 sekitar,jangankan mau lari,jalan aja udah terseok-seok….aku sampai nangis menahan sakitnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Solusi dari teman kucoba yaitu dikompres pakai rivanol,lumayan sih hasilnya jari jempol yg bengkak mulai sedikit mengempis walau msh terasa  senut-senut.&lt;br /&gt;Dua minggu kujalani penyembuhan dengan kompres rivanol dan salep betadine walau hasilnya belum begitu memuaskan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dengan sedikit terpaksa aku beranikan periksa kedokter.Apa katanya?kuku harus dicabut total lalu daging yg keluar sedikit digunting.Aduh!ngebayanginnya aja ngeri.&lt;br /&gt;Gak akh!aku belum siap dokter…nyaliku begitu kecil kalo menyangkut luka-luka.&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya aku tak jadi dibedah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Berhari-hari kujalani aktifitas dirumah dengan penuh kesakitan.Mulai dari mencuci,memasak,ngantar sekolah anak,dll abis siapa lg yang mau ngerjain kalau bukan aku.Wah pokoknya penuh perjuangan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si jempol makin sering sakit,keluar nanah terus bahkan darah.daging yang keluarpun semakin banyak yg terlihat keluar dari kuku.&lt;br /&gt;Sampai kemudian ada tetanggaku yg menyarankan agar kuku yg sakit diobati dengan menggunakan daun inai atau daun pacar cina yang ditumbuk halus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mulanya aku ragu tapi gak ada salahnya dicoba.Setelah kudapatkan daun pacar itu langsung kucoba tumbuk halus beri sedikit air(paling ½ sdt) lalu kutempel dikuku yg sakit.&lt;br /&gt;EH bener loh….sehari setelah itu daging yg keluar itu jadi kering dan sijempol berasa berkurang sakitnya.ALHAMDULILLAH…..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya pengobatan dengan inai ini kulanjutkan sampai berminggu-minggu.Daging yg keluar sudah agak kering dan tidak  terasa sakit saat kugunting.&lt;br /&gt;Demikian terus kutelatenin,kalau sudah keluar nanah berdarah dikukunya otomatis inainya akan terlihat tdk lengket dikuku jadi kita harus rajin2 menggantinya dengan ramuan inai yg baru.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kuncinya harus rajin dan telaten,sabar dan terus berdoa pada sang kuasa krn segala macam penyakit berasal dariNYA dan segala obat juga ada padaNYA.&lt;br /&gt;Karenanya aku tetap menjalankan kewajiban menjalankan sholat lima waktu meski dengan cara duduk.Selagi masih diberi kesempatan hidup dan jg kemampuan,insya allah akan ada jalan kemudahan disana.&lt;br /&gt;Aku berdoa dan terus memohon kesembuhan serta ampunan pada ALLAH swt.&lt;br /&gt;Semoga sakit yg kuderita dapat meluruhkan segala dosaku.amin….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br jari kunyit&lt;br /&gt;1 potong pala&lt;br /&gt;1 potong kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;3 bh tomat merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.haluskan semua bumbu,kecuali kayu manis dan tomat&lt;br /&gt;2.tumis semua bumbu sampai harum.&lt;br /&gt;3.masukkan tomat yg sudah dipotong-potong,kemudian masukkan daging kambing.&lt;br /&gt;4.tuang 4 gelas air,aduk lalu masaklah sampai /&gt;3 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;5 bh cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.goreng mie dalam minyak panas sebentar saja lalu angkat.&lt;br /&gt;2.setelah dingin waktu luang juga walhasil bisa menjadikan rumah kita indah.Dengan adanya penghijauan dihalaman rumah atau diteras rumah bisa membuat sejuk rumah kita.&lt;br /&gt;Tentu untuk menyuburkan tanaman hias kita membutuhkan pupuk agar tanaman tumbuh subur dan sehat.Nah,ini ada cara hemat membuat pupuk yang berasal dari limbah dapur ibu-ibu.Saya coba berbagi dengan sedikit ilmu yang saya adopsi dari sebuah acara di tv.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.AIR CUCIAN BERAS&lt;br /&gt;    Jangan buang air cucian beras ini,karena kandungan karbohidratnya yg ada pada air cucian ini masih cukup tinggi dan dapat menyuburkan tanaman ibu.Caranya tinggal disiramkan pada tanaman secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.VETCIN&lt;br /&gt;   Tuang 1 sdt vetcin pada tiap tanaman kemudian siram dengan air atau bisa juga campur vetcin kira-kira 3 sdt dengan 4 gls air lalu siram pd tanaman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.OBAT-OBATAN KADALUARSA&lt;br /&gt;    Jangan buang obat-obatan yang kadaluarsa,ini khusus untuk yang berbentuk tablet tumbuk halus kemudian letakkan pada tanah tanaman dan siram dengan air biasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.KULIT BAWANG MERAH&lt;br /&gt;   Kulit bawang yg sudah dikupas direndam dalam air semalaman,lalu siram pada tanaman bersama kulit bawangnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.TEH SISA&lt;br /&gt;   Bila anda penggemar teh tubruk,maka jangan buang sisa daun teh tsb.Manfaatkan teh tersebut untuk pupuk tanaman anda.Caranya cukup disiramkan pada tanah tanamannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.KULIT TELUR&lt;br /&gt;   Remas-remas kulit telur hingga remuk kemudian taburkan pada tanah tanamannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.SERBUK KAYU&lt;br /&gt;   Manfaatkan sekam/serbuk kayu ini untuk penyubur tanaman.caranya bisa dicampurkan langsung dengan media tanah sampai rata atau sekam garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan santan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 ml santan kental&lt;br /&gt;1/2sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;2 lbr daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.BUAT KUAH GULA:rebus air,gula merah sampai benar-benar larut,kemudian disaring.masukkan garam,daun pandan,tepung beras lalu aduk hingga meletup-letup.Angkat .&lt;br /&gt;3.BUAT CANDIL:campur ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;Penyedap skcpnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.kupas singkong,cuci bersih lalu parut.&lt;br /&gt;2.haluskan bumbu2 kemudian campurkan dengan singkong parut,daun bawang hingga tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;3.rebus air hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;4.ambil 1 sdt adonan lalu pipihkan pada tutup panci.&lt;br /&gt;5.taruh tutup panci tsb diatas panci yg airnya sudah mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;6.setelah matang angkat lalu taruh diatas nampan,jemur hingga kering.&lt;br /&gt;7.goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips khusus:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-gunakan 2atau 3 tutup panci agar proses pencetakan lebih cepat.&lt;br /&gt;-sebaiknya memipihkan adonan dengan tipis-tipis krn bila /&gt;2 sdm susu bubuk instant&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bhn taburan:&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula halus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.campur semua bahan uleni hingga tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;2.banting-banting adonan sambil terus diuleni hingga kalis dan adonan terasa lembut dan ringan&lt;br /&gt;3.tutup adonan donat dalam wadah yang ditutup dengan lap basah,diamkan kira-kira 30 menit sampai mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;4.kempeskan adonan kemudian bentuk spt donat .diamkan kira-kira 10 menit&lt;br /&gt;5.goreng dalam minyak panas dengan api yang sedang.&lt;br /&gt;6.setelah dingin taburi dengan gula halus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips khusus:&lt;br /&gt;-sebaiknya terigu jgn dicampur sekaligus tetapi setengahnya dulu,bila masih terasa lengket /&gt;50 gr keju parut&lt;br /&gt;Garam,merica,pala bubuk sckpnya&lt;br /&gt;Minyak utk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Paniran:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 btr Telur kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;150 gr Tepung roti/tp panir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.tumis bwg putih dan bwg Bombay hingga harum&lt;br /&gt;2.masukkan ayam giling,tumis hingga matang&lt;br /&gt;3.masukkan terigu,masak hingga kecoklatan sambil diaduk terus.&lt;br /&gt;4.Tuang susu sedikit demi sedikit,aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;5.masukkan mie,keju,garam,merica,dan pala.aduk terus gr margarine cairkan&lt;br /&gt;125 gr terigu&lt;br /&gt;30 gr coklat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;30 gr susu bubuk&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;125 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;4 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hiasan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gr coklat blok(lelehkan)&lt;br /&gt;50 gr kacang tanah tanpa kulit(sangrai lalu cincang kasar)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.campur singkong,coklat bubuk,susu bubuk dan margarine&lt;br /&gt;2.masukkan terigu dan baking powder,aduk sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;3.mixer telur dan gula sampai putih mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;4.masukkan adonan kedalam campuran singkong,aduk-aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;5.tuang dalam loyang yg sdh diolesi margarine.&lt;br /&gt;6.oven hingga matang kira-kira selama 30 membungkus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bhn isi:&lt;br /&gt;½ ons gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1ons kacang tanah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1.buat bhn isi:sangrai kacang tanah,lalu bersihkan kulit arinya tumbuk kasar dan campurkan dengan gula pasir,sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2.rebus santan kental tambahkan garam sampai menjadi areh lalu angkat&lt;br /&gt;3.masukkan tepung ketan kedlm areh sambil diaduk terus hingga dpt dibentuk.&lt;br /&gt;4.bungkus adonan dgn daun pisang kemudian kukus sekitar ½ jam.&lt;br /&gt;5.ambil adonan isi dgn kacang tanah tadi,bentuk spt bola pingpong.&lt;br kecuali air hangat sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;2.tuang air sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diuleni hingga kalis dan bisa dipulung&lt;br /&gt;3.komposisi air dilihat dari kalis tdknya adonan,bila terlalu encer bisa ditambahkan  kanjinya lagi.&lt;br /&gt;4.ambil  kira2 ¼ sdt adonan ditangan lalu bentuk spt telur ikan/ulat.&lt;br /&gt;5.taruh telur gabus pada wajan dgn minyak yg dingin,ingat jgn terlalu banyak  karena bila &lt;br /&gt;   Terlalu banyak kue tidak akan bagus bentuknya.&lt;br /&gt;6.goreng sampai kue renyah dan matang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips khusus:&lt;br /&gt;-jgn menaruh adonan /&gt;Bahannya:&lt;br /&gt;1 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;1 btr kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;50 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;175 gr coklat blok&lt;br /&gt;300 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;150 whipped cream(kocok sampai kaku)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hiasan: 100 gr coklat chip/mesis warna-warni&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1.mixer telur bersama gula pasir sampai putih dan kaku&lt;br /&gt;2.lelehkan coklat bersama susu kemudian dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;3.masukkan ke dalam telur,aduk perlahan&lt;br /&gt;4.tuang sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam kocokan whipped cream,aduk hingga rata.&lt;br 2bh&lt;br /&gt;Ketumbar 1 sdt disangrai bersama 100 gr kelapa parut hingga kecoklatan,tumbuk halus sampai berminyak&lt;br /&gt;Kaldu bubuk rasa sapi 1 bks&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br
